Of course it can happen that the ordered goods do not meet or fit your expectations 100%. That's why it's no problem to send them back to us within 30 days.
This does not apply to products that are individually made for you and that you have put together yourself.
We will refund you the amount of the returned goods according to the payment method of your order. That means e.g. E.g.: if you paid for the order via PayPal, we will also refund via PayPal.
For the payment methods bank transfer and advance payment, we need your bank details for the refund. Please let us know, preferably by e-mail or with the return.
Please make sure that you carefully package the return and send it back to us with sufficient postage. It is best to send the goods back to us in the original packaging.
A copy of the invoice or a note stating the order number / invoice number / name and contact details of the customer should be enclosed with the return, which you send to the following address with sufficient postage:

Exchange/complaints/wrong deliveries In the event of complaints or incorrect deliveries, please contact us at info@kensons.de. If you would like to exchange something, please order the new, desired item directly from our online shop and send the item from the first order that you did not want back to us.
